  18. Here is what I've done in similar situations:

  21. 1) copy all .ini, .bmp, .pif and .grp fils somewhere safe
  22. 2) trash the Windows directory and the System directory
  23. 3) re-install Windows with the drivers that worked before
  24. 4) copy the files back.
