  24. Microsoft at the announcement on 11/16 has now changed the regular
  25. retail price to $495.  This way they can say they are 33% cheaper than
  26. the list price of Paradox for Windows.  The stock market re-acted
  27. by lowering the price of both Microsoft and Borland in anticipation
  28. of the upcoming database battleroyal where it is obvious the both
  29. parties are going to be willing to do anything to win.
