  31. What exactly do you mean by 'scrambled'?  I've encountered the same problem - 
  32. but 'scrambled' was the VGA display losing its horizontal sync.
  33. The fix was to open up the display and adjust the horizontal hold.
  34. NOT recommended unless you know what you are doing! Dangerous voltages etc etc!
