  13. does anyone know if it's possible to compile windows 3.1 programs
  14. (written in MSC 7.0 and VERY small) in a DOS window while
  15. in Windows IF ya only got 4MB RAM??  I can't get it to work,
  16. so I just gotta know if it's me, or if it's just not possible.
  17. ANY experiences, positive OR negative, are helpful.
