- Hey, you can do that easily in Windows too!

- Open a DOS window (press alt-enter if it appears full screen), choose the
- "settings" command in the window's control menu and enable "background"
- operation. Now you may run ordinary DOS-programs like COPY and FORMAT, and
- you can switch to other windows while the operation continues. Windows
- actually supports multitasking.

- I'll admit, however, that Windows multitasking is somewhat primitive, and
- that OS/2 will do this thing a lot faster.
