  15.     Has anyone else encountered the failure of QVTNET30
  16. to successfully read the QVTNET.INI file?  In particular I am
  17. asking about the FTP configuration.  I have noticed that in my
  18. .ini file I set the transfer type to BINARY and QVTNET faithfully
  19. reports that it is in binary mode if I look at the configuration 
  20. menu once connected.  If I type status at the command line, I 
  21. am informed that I am in ASCII mode, which is indeed what is actually
  22. configured.
