  13. Is there a windows application similar to the SuperPaint program
  14. for the Macintosh? It had a Draw layer and a Paint layer, so that
  15. you could use painting type tools on one layer, and use drawing
  16. tools and objects on the other layer.  They would overlap, and you
  17. could also paste objects from the draw layer to the paint layer.
