  13. A few colleagues here are registered users of WinPost (version 3.1a).
  14. I noticed the new version on Cica.  I downloaded and installed it over
  15. the old version.  The old registration number appears to work.  Is
  16. this ok?  Is a registered user allowed to download upgrades like this?
