  28. I just loaded the October rerlease of NT this last weekend (I can't really give you
  29. any comparison info because, although I've worked with many UNIX workstations and 
  30. Macs, I'm new to the PC.)  The October release doesn't have the same system 
  31. requirements.  It requires 8 Meg (would like 16) and about 90 Meg of disk space.
  32. The disk space requirement includes 20 Meg for swap space and both Windows NT and the
  33. SDK.  I don't know how much of the space is SDK but you may not need the development
  34. kit.

  36. I did notice a new book at the local Software, Etc. that intends to tell
  37. you all the virtues of NT.  I'll pick it up this weekend.
