  11. I've read some newsgroup articles on Microsoft's forthcoming
  12. ACCESS.  I gather it's a visual basic for database development.

  14. Can anybody tell me whether it's also end user oriented?  Can
  15. one paint the fields on the screen, for example, or draw
  16. "relational" connections as one can in Approach 2.0 or
  17. Superbase 4 2.0?  In other words, can I create an application
  18. without programming, in ACCESS?
