  22. I am connected to a Vax VMS system and it is usually rather slow, but two of us have noticed that it is even slower with 3.0 and 3.03.  It does seem to scroll better with 3.03.  We had been
  23. using 2.85 and it definitely seems slower than that.  We are wondering if the log file that was
  24. added is causing any of this.
