- DOS Backup is the worst single piece of software ever producted by IBM/MS.
- The only thing that surprises me is that IBM/MS does NOT sell something to
- justify such a bad move.
- I have used DOS Backup successfully over a wide range of Dos versions and
- wide range of hardware without difficulty. (Indicating that for some people
- it will work, AND that I _do_ know how to use it.) I also have had a wide
- range _non_functional (it don't work) problems with DOS Backup over a wide
- range of Dos versions and hardware. The latest example is a classic, problem.
- My new (ish) employer had paid a 3rd party service company to come in for 10
- years on a monthly basis, now they need one of these restored, but the system
- which made the backup refuses to acknowledge any dos backup disk. Classic.
