- A good spreadsheet program with macros to initialize names, etc., to
- curve grades on an exam, to plot distributions, etc. is far more
- flexible than a canned gradebook program (if you're willing to spend
- the time developing the spreadsheet template). Plus some of the newer
- spreadsheets have links to databases, thus you can move current grades
- to the database at the end of each semester. Just a thought.
