- I have successfully compiled the Chainsaw version of empire on
- Linux. I am able to create a world, run the servers (there are two),
- but when I run the client program I'm getting some kind of trap inside
- the library function gethostbyname(). I'm suspecting I have incorrect
- libraries or something; maybe it's time to upgrade to 0.98 pl4.
-
- Please send me mail if you are interested; I suspect I will have something
- running within a couple weeks.
-
- If you have any hints about my problem (I'm currently running 0.97)
- let me know, I'd really like to get this working.
