  12. When i connect to a remote machine, and i want to edit a file using vi
  13. my screen blanks out. I'm using ckermit as a communications package.
  14. My modem does not disconnect and i know that i am still communicating
  15. with the system because i can do :q! and then logout but nothing will
  16. echo on screen.
  17. Can anyone help me?
