  23. If you are not an experienced COHERENT users and NEWS administrator,
  24. do not use nn. This program really isn't easy to install and needs
  25. a lot of administration. First use vn and tass, then tin. Later if
  26. you are familar with the NEWS system and if you know how all this
  27. stuff works together, try nn. Elm shouldn't be a problem, type
  28. 'make install' as user root.
