  11. Can someone tell me what the secret is when switching ( upgrading ) from mono
  12. to vga monitors. What else must be changed apart from /etc/ttys in order for
  13. the new screen to work. I am currently running mono, Hercules mono card.
  14. However, when I plug in a vga card and monitor, after the boot up messages,
  15. nothing. The 'normal' mono text is lost and the poor old vga screen just sits
  16. there. I hope this does not mean a re-installation? It would be nice if MWC
  17. actually LISTED the tunable parameters in the kernal if that is what it takes.
