- A few months ago I ported Peacock's CBTREE to Coherent. It just required a
- couple of minor changes to the UNIX/XENIX sources. Seems to work ok.
- Performance was comparable to that under DOS on an unloaded system. Note that
- this was version 2.31-A. Newer versions (still waiting on an update) may
- require more effort to port. Record locking is problematic (re. primitive) -
- implementing a client/server system would probably work better in a multiuser
- environment.
