  18. Maybe I'm wierd, but I always take visitors to see Fry's
  19. Electronics.  It's like being at the epicenter of Silicon
  20. Valley.  There are three branches in Sunnyvale, Milpitas,
  21. and Palo Alto.  They are enormous stores that sell almost
  22. everything electronic: PCs & Macs, video, audio, test
  23. equipment, wire, connectors, ICs, books, software, soldering
  24. supplies, calculators, phones, you name it.  The really
  25. curious thing is that these stores are an outgrowth of
  26. the Fry's grocery chain, so they carry soft drinks, candy,
  27. chips, toothpaste, non-technical magazines, etc.  A one-stop
  28. shopping center for the real nerd.
