There are a lot of magazines and newsletters made by IEEE with a lot of
really interesting information - a least I think so. My problem is how to
find an interesting article not by chance but right about that subject I
am interested in. Is there kind of a summary that collects all the abstracts
about all these articles? If such a thing exists, does it exist as a file
too. I think this would be of a  great interest. Please let me know if I have
to continue with my technique (that isn't any) of finding articles.
