  14. I have moved several times, and unfortunately my IEEE Spectrum
  15. has not yet caught up with me.  I would like to know if there
  16. is an official presence on the net that would handle an address
  17. change.  If not, could someone please post the address that I can
  18. write to to change my address.  BTW - I am a student member (if
  19. it makes any difference).  Thanks in advance for the help,
