- CD pressing is done from Sony PCM-1630 format, or form another format
- that emulates it, such as Sonic Solutions PMCD. As such, the format
- contains all the necessary PQ subcodes to indicate space between tracks,
- countdown, lead-in, lead-out, etc.

- You cannot readily press directly to DAT. Most pressing plants will require
- that you pay a fee to convert your tape to PCM-1630.
