  13.     I have a working tcl/tk application...but when used on
  14.     a system (a sparc2) whose color palette is consumed by
  15.     other applications I get the following message

  19.     (database entry for "background" in widget ".menu")
  20.     invoked from within
  21. "frame .menu -relief raised -borderwidth 1"

  23.     Other non tcl/tk applications that depend on color dont behave
  24.     this way. Is there a way out of this or is it a current
  25.     limitation?
