  18. You can buy programs which are designed specifically for preparing
  19. slides. BYTE magazine compared several such products sometime within
  20. the last 18 months or so, but I can't remember which issue it was. One
  21. good program (which I have used on a Mac, but it is also available for
  22. PCs) is PowerPoint by Microsoft. If you can afford them, these programs
  23. are a good investment. *Much* more suited to the task than a
  24. wordprocessor.
