- You can buy programs which are designed specifically for preparing
- slides. BYTE magazine compared several such products sometime within
- the last 18 months or so, but I can't remember which issue it was. One
- good program (which I have used on a Mac, but it is also available for
- PCs) is PowerPoint by Microsoft. If you can afford them, these programs
- are a good investment. *Much* more suited to the task than a
- wordprocessor.
