  12. I know that someone on this newsgroup maintains a list of public
  13. domain C code for doing things like linear programming, matrix
  14. decomposition, etc.  I don't need any of this code, but I told a
  15. colleague of mine about it and he does.  Could someone please
  16. email me the latest copy of this list or tell me where I can ftp
  17. it?
