  29. Quite true.  I hadn't considered that.  I suppose he COULD be from
  30. U.K. and studying over here.  However, given the relative odds, I
  31. think the assumption that he's talking about the U.S. Navy are a good
  32. bet.  Perhaps someone should get the address for the Navy ROTC
  33. commander at his school?

  35. Frankly, I would have to consider his 'request' to go beyond just bad
  36. form; the UCMJ *does* include an article about conduct unbecoming an
  37. officer.
