- Quite true. I hadn't considered that. I suppose he COULD be from
- U.K. and studying over here. However, given the relative odds, I
- think the assumption that he's talking about the U.S. Navy are a good
- bet. Perhaps someone should get the address for the Navy ROTC
- commander at his school?
