  41. Let me see if I have this straight.  ANSI is going to DEGRADE the
  42. current version of the standard to get a version that is
  43. 'synchronized' with how ISO does things?  Do they have any plans on
  44. publishing a separate Rationale document or something so that people
  45. who are interested in 'why' don't lose all that information?  Do they
  46. plan on dropping the price, since the document will contain a subset
  47. of the current information in the document?
