- From what I remember, what you are asking for is not
- available electronically, because it costs money ( ~$50 ).
- You have to contact ANSI directly (in New York City).
- (But don't wait too long. I understand that the next
- version from ANSI will be 'synchronized' with the ISO
- standard, meaning mostly that it will omit the
- commentary giving the reasons behind everything.)
