  33. From what I remember, what you are asking for is not
  34. available electronically, because it costs money ( ~$50 ).
  35. You have to contact ANSI directly (in New York City).
  36. (But don't wait too long.  I understand that the next
  37. version from ANSI will be 'synchronized' with the ISO
  38. standard, meaning mostly that it will omit the 
  39. commentary giving the reasons behind everything.)
