  11. There was a BBS in Baltimore called "APL" which was siezed by federal 
  12. authorities for the unlawful distribution of Copyrighted Software. 
  13.  
  14. There is a BBS in Silver Spring, MD, called the BBS\APL which deals with issues
  15. involving the APL Programming language.  That BBS, which is called at +1 301 384
  16. 3672, is operated by Dick Holt and has no connection whatsoever with the "APL"
  17. bbs that was raided.
