  16. SDSC no longer distributes Synu.  Synu is distributed by this
  17. organization, the San Diego Microscopy and Imaging Resource (an NIH
  18. National Research Resource), and is not available for FTP.  There is a
  19. $100.00 nuisance fee, which mostly goes to bureaucratic overhead.  We
  20. require that an application form be filled out to keep our funding
  21. agencies happy.  I'm forwarding a copy of the Synu FAQ to the poster.

  23. synu-faq@dim.ucsd.edu and you'll get a reply by automagic return mail.

  25. The Interactive Color tools are available from SDSC at their anonymous
  26. FTP site, SDSC.EDU (132.249.20.22) in the directory
  27. PUB$:[ANONYMOUS.SDSCPUB.APPLEMAC.GRAPHICS] (Yes, it's VMS).  The file
  28. is INTERACTIVE_COLOR.SIT;1 or INTERACTIVE_COLOR_SIT.HQX;2.
