  21.     Hi, have you ever heard of xv (version 2.21) ?
  22. It runs under the X/Window System. I have the source 
  23. code if you wish.
  24.     It converts jpg files to ps files and a lot
  25. more. Please e-mail me a message if you're interested.
  26. Also, you could send me some jpeg files so that I can
  27. test them with xv.
  28.     I'm not sure about it, but I guess it can be
  29. compiled to other platforms, namely PC's.
