  11. The are better and cheaper Windows acelerator cards out here. In non windows
  12. mode, the card is actually slower than some super VGA cards. Get a Diamond 
  13. Speedstar24X with is much faster in both modes and can display 16.7 mill
  14. colors at 640x480.
