  20. I was browsing through MBU and getting more and more uncomfortable being
  21. a lurker.  Had to speak up.  Enjoying your conversations.  Overworked.
  22. System not working properly (too many users?).  Have to make this short.
  23. I have always had a problem with grading as punishing students when I am
  24. trying to get them all to succeed.  Universities that criticize my grading
  25. for being too high, using grades to weed out, eliminate . . . .
