  16. I've recently FTP'd a copy of Microemacs 3.8 and I'm having trouble compiling
  17. it.  When I run the makefile, I get the following fatal error:

  19. "display.c", line 775: lchaX undefined                            
  20. "display.c", line 775: syntax error at or near variable name "n"  
  21. *** Error code 1                                                  
  22. make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `display.o'          
  23.  
  24. Does anyone know why this won't work?  Does anyone know how I can contact
  25. the authors, Daniel M. Lawrence and Dave G. Conroy?
