  16. There was a BBS in Baltimore called "APL" which was siezed by federal
  17. authorities for the unlawful distribution of copyrighted software.

  19. There is a BBS in Silver Spring, MD, called the BBS\APL which deals
  20. with issues involving the APL Programming language.  That BBS, which
  21. is called at +1 301 384 3672, is operated by Dick Holt and has no
  22. connection whatsoever with the "APL" BBS that was raided.
