  15. I would like to apologize publicly for what was something which was a
  16. mistake on my part.

  18. I have already sent a message to Mr. Geiser about quoting his message
  19. to me, and the only reason I did this was to allow someone from
  20. Picturetel -- even if not an official spokesperson -- to be able to
  21. say why AT&T's product isn't necessarily that good.

  23. If it wasn't for the fact I felt they should know about it, I wouldn't
  24. have even sent anyone at Picturetel anything about the message in the
  25. first place.  Had I thought there would be a problem, I would never
  26. have forwarded the message.

  28. I am used to using other systems where every message sent is public
  29. anyway, so I'm not all that used to having mail that is strictly
  30. private for me alone, that no one else has seen.
