  20. cisco router supports SNMP ifType frame_relay(32) for frame relay
  21. interfaces. This allows SNMP network surveillance and monitoring of
  22. frame relay interface status as well as basic performance parameters
  23. with SNMP MIB-II.

  25. I walked through the MIB in cisco 8.3(3) and 9.0(2), it seemed that
  26. frame-relay specific MIB, RFC1315, has not been implemented yet.

  28. RFC1315 is useful for proactive network performance and fault
  29. management on public frame relay network in the area of individual
  30. PVC status and frame relay congestion control (FECN and BECN).
  31. The tool available today to look at these parameters is a W&G DA-30
  32. with FR application program.
