  14. I would strongly suggest that you have the nameserver running on two machines
  15. during the transition.  One on 128.238.2.17 and the other one on
  16. 128.238.32.23.  When the root nameservers and resolver only configurations on
  17. your local net have the new address, turn off 128.238.2.17.
