- Hello!
-
- I want to develop some software in C++ to send faxes from PC compatible with
- a fax modem. I don't want to re-invent the wheel:
-
- Q1. Are there libraries (in C or C++) for managing fax modem cards?
-
- Q2. Is there a piece of software (other than Quick-Link II) that sends a fax
- from a DOS command line? (It has to do a conversion from a text file to
- fax format)
-
- Q3. Is there a standard API (Application Programming Interface) to program fax
- modem cards?
-
- Q4. (Hardware) Is there a widely-used chip set or other ready-made hardware
- used in many fax modems?
-
-
- Please reply via e-mail. I will post a summary if there is enough interest.
-
- Many thanks!
