- termination of the transmission facility. In all likelihood, this function
- will actually occur in a PBX or other on-premises switch.

- The broadband switch, e.g. B-ISPBX, is a B-NT2.

- The broadband S ref. point (S with a "B" subscript) is the same as in
- narrowband ISDN; i.e., between B-TE and the B-NT2.

- The T <sub B> ref. point is between B-NT2 and the public B-ISDN. Note that
- there isn't much talk of a U reference point. 1st, the CCITT views the
- transmission facility as owned by the network, anyway, and doesn't
- standardize that stuff. 2nd, as in the PRI, the B-ISDN access for "U" and
- T will be the same.
