  23. At the ORACLE7 New Feautures and Options class (in LA, August -92),
  24. they mentioned a package that would be released "three months after ORACLE7".
  25. I believe it was called Open Gateway, and it would provide access to
  26. procedures/functions written in a 3GL (like C) from PL/SQL.
