  25. Shortly after posting this question I got mail from someone at Ingres who
  26. suggested that I rename the journal file that I wanted to look at to the
  27. name of the current journal file WITH NOBODY USING INGRES AT THE TIME and
  28. then run auditdb.  This worked.
