  19.   Huh? Counting each set of part 1 to part n of n as one posting, I
  20. count 10 programs versus 6 others (policy, starter.kit, charter, bin.man
  21. ftp.man brik*). Perhaps the expiration time of your News system is
  22. somewhat short.
