  18.   I see upwards of 1200 - 1300 cps here using v.32bis and don't turn
  19. anything except MNP 5 off.  I do seem to have a problem using 7 windows
  20. though, but haven't figured out why yet.  I also lock my modem (16.8K HST
  21. Dual Standard) at 38400 and have a 16550AFN on that port (as you must).
