- I'm running DOS Waffle 1.65, and would like to implement a simplistic
- database lookup for BBS callers to access via Waffle. I suppose
- if I were running Unix I could do something with the shell and
- its tools, but my question is - can someone recommend a small
- (must fit into c. 300k) non-terminal specific (no ANSI-PC emulations
- please, just tty text) database program that might integrate with
- DOS Waffle?
-
- I actually tried dBASEII but it does odd things to the screen
- and didn't seem to be dealing with simple tty output, event using
- Doorway as a mediator.
-
- Shareware's best, of course!
