- Does anoyone know why the following occur, and if I can fix them?
-
- 1) On starting Excel, either on a stand-alone launch or a document open, it
- automatically switches to the background and the last program used is
- brought forward. If I'm starting it, I'd rather like to use it.
-
- 2) If I choose show baloons, and switch out of Excel, the new menu item is,
- as it should be, hide baloons. But back in Excel, even after switching
- out, checking it, and coming back, it still says show baloons. Minor, but
- annoying. (Not that I would dream of using baloon help... :)
-
- 3) Dialogs with the "STOP" icon which appear have the icon in black and
- white. All other programs notice the cicn I have designed...what's up,
- Excel? With 24-bit color, I'd like to be able to use it...
-
- System:
- Mac IIfx running 7.0.1 with Tuneup 1.1.1
- 20MB RAM (32-bit addressing is ON)
-
- Why does Microsoft insist on being non-standard and doing things its way.
- I tried to Command-B (bold) some text and almost wiped it out. Grumble.
-
- Thanks for any help!
