- The first 5MB of disk space is covered with the monthly charge
- for the account, and amounts over 5MB are billed at a modest rate.
- This eliminates any reason for the system administration to be concerned
- with file content, which is appropriate to a commercial service.

- Netcom is constantly upgrading their hardware, as usage and revenue
- increase. For a commercial service, this is what you want to happen.
- Yet the rates are much lower than those of a competing service, the WELL,
- which has underpowered hardware and a much larger staff.
