  32. Both air bags and anti-lock brakes can reduce insurance payments, but often
  33. not by very much.  I've found that the largest reduction in my insurance
  34. was for being a "good student."  The 16-25 age bracket has the highest
  35. insurance rates (because they have the highest accident rate) but proving
  36. that you're a full-time student (even grad) and doing well helps.  I'm
  37. not sure about private parking (don't think anyone ever asked) and multi-
  38. car discounts may or may not be meaningful.
