- If technology can improve the quality of life to allow a user-pays
- shift, I'm all right with that ... but if you ever interview at IBM
- Research or Bell Labs and sit around a toll booth like I have, then
- you'll know what I'm talking about. I don't know how bad the traffic
- tie-ups across the Lions Gate Bridge is, I know that one of Canada's
- few toll booths are located there (i.e., that's how few toll booths
- we have up north -- I have to talk on a federal scale).
