  14.         Reminds me of my growing up just outside of Montreal. The town
  15.         was more or less evenly split between French and English.
  16.         Among the kids, relations were, shall we say, strained?

  18.         My personal nemesis was Johnny Ford. The irony, if there be
  19.         any, was that Johnny Ford was the "French Frog" and I, Marc
  20.         Thibault, was the "Maudit Anglais".
